  2. TICKETS PURCHASE

    How can I buy tickets for the Greenweez Paris Major?

    Ticket sales for FFT members (holder of multi-rackets, padel, beach tennis or web license) will start Tuesday 30 January at 10am CET until Sunday 11 February. 
    Ticket sales for General public will start on Tuesday 13 February.

    How can I buy tickets for the Greenweez Paris Major as a FFT member?

    If your are a FFT member (holder of multi-rackets, padel, beach tennis or web license), we invite you to create an account or log in with your e-mail related to your licensee account.

    From January 30 to February 11, you will have access to a prioritized sales opening.

    How many tickets can I buy at most?

    There are no order limits on tickets, you can buy as many as you wish.

    What can I access with my tickets?

    If you purchase a ticket for Qualifications (Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 September), you will have access to the Philippe Chatrier court with free seating as well as the Outside courts.

    If you purchase a ticket for the main draw (Monday 30 September to Sunday 6 October), you will have access to the Philippe-Chatrier court with numbered seating and the Outside courts with free seating.

    What do I get with my premium offer?

    If you buy a Premium package for the final draw (from Monday 30 September to Sunday 6 October), you will have access to the Philippe-Chatrier court with a numbered seat and to the Annexes courts in free seating. You will also benefit from a dedicated and personalised welcome with a cocktail reception from Monday to Saturday and a cocktail lunch on Sunday, in one of the Philippe-Chatrier court lounges.

    Will I be reimbursed if I can't make it?

    All orders are final. Make sure you are available before purchasing your tickets.

    Are there any discounted prices?

    Children below 4 years-old have free access to the stadium. However, they are not allowed to have a seat, they have to sit on the lap of their accompanying.

  4. TICKETS AVAILABILITY

    When and how will I receive my tickets?

    Tickets will be available in your client account by the end of june.

    Is it mandatory to assign the tickets to the beneficiary’s name?

    No, you can assign the tickets to the buyer’s name. 

  5. TICKETING FOR WCU/PWD

    How to buy tickets for people with disabilities?

    To book a seat for People With Diasabilities, you must have created an account in your name.

    If you don't have an account yet, you can create one on our website right now.

    Once created, complete the WCU/PWD application form. Once your request has been processed by our teams and validation of the form, you will be contacted again and will have access to your order in your customer area awaiting payment.

    Once payment has been made, your tickets will be available by the end of june in your personal space.

    Do wheelchair users (WCU) or people with disabilities (PWD) have a special discount?

    Yes, wheelchair users (WCU) or people with disabilities (PWD) have a special discount that you can find here.

    I am a person with disability, does an accompanying person need a ticket?

    Yes, an accompanying person must have a ticket to enter the stadium. Accompanying persons must be applied at the same time as the application for UFR or PSH tickets, by filling in this form.

    I am a person with a disability, at which gates can I access to the stadium?

    A drop-off point will be available near Gate 1, the access point to the stadium.

    What kind of seats are offered to spectators with special accessibility needs?

    Court Philippe-Chatrier access :
    If you are a person with disabilities (PWD), your seating will be next to an elevator with an easy access seat with minimal steps.
    If you are a Wheelchair user (WCU), your seating will be near the wheelchair access location.
     

    Outside courts access :
    To access these courts in the best conditions (depending on available seating), every outside court has an access ramp.

  8. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Are there any catering facilities within the stadium?

    Yes, you can eat inside the stadium. Buy the food of your choice and then take your food with you or eat on site if the space allows you to do so. 

    Can I bring my own lunch to the stadium?

    Yes, you can bring your own food and/or drink into the stadium if you wish.

    Are lockers available? If so, are they free?

    Lockers will be available at Gate 1 of the Roland-Garros stadium. 
    They will be free of charge.
